This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award prescribed in FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 15.206. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, management, expertise, transportation, supervision, training, licenses and permits to provide the services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) for an installation of an IDS at the Gerald R. Ford Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse (MI0137) located at 110 Michigan Street Northwest Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503. *Contractors are advised to note that there will be NO progress payments/ partial payments. Please do not include this language in quotes* *Please email the POCs a signed copy of the attached NDA for access to the SOW" Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted via email to Jennifier.Rayca@fps.dhs.gov and Nikki.Finney@fps.dhs.gov no later than August 06, 2025, 3:00PM EST.
