Renovation of a multi-residential development in Frazee, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
**As of September 15, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Becker County EDA is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) for the renovation of the exterior of a multifamily property located in the City of Frazee. The intent of the renovation is to replace the following but not limited to siding, trim, fascia, windows, patio doors, balconies. Location: 401 Maple Ave W, Frazee, MN, 56544 Parcel ID: 50-0071-001 Included in the envelope marked Bid Proposal , a Bidder s Security Bond in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount, executed by a surety company authorized to do business in Minnesota; the bond shall be for the highest amount of the Bidder s total bid combination including additional alternates. Project will be subject to state aid funds. Project applicable to the requirements of the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Act. All work bid in the proposal must be completed by a defined schedule. Bids submitted that do not follow the bidding requirements will be returned. All bids must be upon the basis of cash payment for the work and materials. The Economic Development Authority of Becker County reserves the right to modify the contents of this proposal, reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities therein.
