Frazee-Vergas ISD #23 Parking Lots & Pickleball Work will consist of (2) new parking lots, a new pickleball court, and a parking lot replacement at both the Elementary and High school locations. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of 5% of base bid submitted, made payable to owner, as a guarantee that the bidder will, if awarded, enter into a contract in accordance with contract documents and submitted bid. Work may begin after receipt of the signed contract from the Owner. Pre-construction and submittals work related to the project is to commence immediately after receipt of the signed contract. The work onsite is anticipated to begin August 5 th , 2025.
