Renovation of a medical facility in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for the State of Florida, Department of Health (Department) to obtain competitive prices for painting services, which include but are not limited to, preparation, cleaning, caulking, and painting the interior of six specified buildings at the Miami County Health Department (CHD). It is anticipated that the Contract resulting from this ITB will be for a one-year period from anticipated start date of September 1, 2025, or the Contract execution date whichever is later. The Contract resulting from this ITB is contingent upon availability of funds.
