The work includes the furnishing and installation of approximately 2,500 linear feet of 8-inch PVC C900 DR18 pipe with zinc-coated ductile iron fittings for a gravity sewer system, along with approximately 850 linear feet of 6-inch PVC C900 DR18 pipe and fittings for gravity sewer laterals. Additionally, the project includes the replacement of undersized water mains. Location - From NW 79th Street from East of NW 12th Avenue to NW 6th Court along with work on side streets. Estimated Range of the Base Bid - $5,393,480.53 to 6,525,813.47, not including contingency and dedicated allowances. Project Duration: 400 Calendar Days to Substantial Completion, 460 Calendar Days to Final Completion, plus a 46 Calendar Day Contingency Period. Pursuant to County Code Section 2-11.1 (t), this solicitation is under a "Cone of Silence" until lifted.
