Renovation of a library in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
LICENSE REQUIREMENT: General Building Contractor RPQ No: LB 7360: MN-RENO-25 The Miami-Dade Public Library System (MDPLS) requires construction services from a prime consultant for interior improvements to the Main Library (101 West Flagler Street, Miami) 1st and 2nd fl oor staff areas and public reading areas. The improvements include renovation of staff areas and kitchenettes in the 1st and 2nd floors, addition of staff restrooms in the 1st fl oor, new lighting throughout the 1st floor and 2nd floors reading areas The CONTRACTOR must provide a 2-year labor warranty and maintenance instructions. All requests for information (RFI) must be submitted in writing by 08/18/2025 to cgb@mdpls.org and copy the Clerk of the Board at clerkbcc@miamidade.gov. NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. RFIs submitted after the specifi ed deadline may not be attended to. Contractor must refer to the Request for Price Quotation (RPQ) and associated project documents for the detail Scope of Work
