Davidson County Board of Education is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide plumbing, mechanical, and electrical engineering services for our school system. These services will be procured through a qualification-based selection process in accordance with applicable state law(including G.S. 143-64.31, G.S. 143-64.32, and G.S. 115C-521). Scope of Work: The overall purpose of the plumbing, mechanical and electrical teamis to assist the Davidson County Board of Education with Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) projects at various locations over the next three years(2025-2028). The selected vendor will design the projects, bid the projects, andprovide construction administration for the duration of the projects. Davidson County Schools reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any and all responses to the Request for Qualifications, and to accept any responses which in its opinion may be in the best interest of Davidson County Schools. Under no circumstances shall contacts be made with other Davidson County Schools personnel or members of the Davidson County Board of Education regarding this Request for Qualifications and selection process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
