Renovation of a library in Burns Lake, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Upgrades at the Burns Lake Library for the replacement of: Five (5) gas fired furnaces with four (4) new furnaces c/w heat pumps (for 3) One (1) gas-fired domestic hot water tank with a new electric hot water tank Scope should include associated: .1 Demolition: i. Mechanical ii. Controls iii. Electrical iv. Plumbing v. Vents .2 New work: i. Plumbing ii. Drainage iii. Gas piping iv. Furnace Venting v. Supply and installation of equipment vi. Controls vii. Electrical viii. Start-up ix. Balancing x. Roofing xi. Gas Detection Any questions arising during the site visit must be submitted through BC Bid in accordance with the instructions provided in the Procurement documents. Responses will be issued via addendum if required. All inquiries must be submitted via BC Bid using the "Submit a Question" feature. Questions received after the published deadline may not be answered. Responses and clarifications will be issued as Addenda.
