Instructions for submitting bids and complete specifications will be available in the Office of the Procurement Manager, Greenville Utilities Commission, 401 S. Greene Street, Greenville, North Carolina during regular office hours, which are 8:30AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Greenville Utilities Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Late bids will not be considered. A deposit is NOT required for this bid. Delivery time is to be stated and will be considered in the evaluation of bids if applicable. It is the intent of Greenville Utilities Commission (GUC) to enter into a multi-year contract at the time the contract is awarded by GUC to the successful bidder for a total contract period not to exceed Five (5) years. Prices shall remain fixed during the first year with option for annual extensions at the same or negotiated unit prices for up to four (4) additional years if market and service conditions so warrant and prove to be in the best interest of GUC.
