Renovation of a swimming pool in Greenville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The work includes all labor, equipment, and materials to complete in every detail of the work indicated on the plans and specifications. Specifically, all work incidental thereto Greenville Outdoor Aquatic Center including, but not limited to, demolition, earthwork, site utilities, drainage, paving improvements, masonry walls and tower construction, and plantings. Any questions regarding the Contract Conditions and Bid Documents should be directed to Mark Nottingham in writing by email to mnottingham@greenvillec.gov Failure to provide the documentation as listed in these provisions may result in rejection of the bid and award to the next lowest responsible and responsive bidder. This project shall consist of all work, complete and in place including but not limited to: Site Preparation, Grading, Utilities, Paving, Fencing, Pools, Waterslides, Support Buildings, Electrical, Site Lighting, etc., to construct complete and in place for Greenville Outdoor Aquatic Facility. All work shall comply with the ADA Standards for Accessible Design, effective September 15, 2010. This standard is prepared and administered by the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division. U.S. Department of Justice, 950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Civil Rights Division, Disability Rights Section-NYA, Washington, D.C. 20530.
