Renovation of a multi-residential development in Greenville, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 6,900-square-foot multi-residential development.

Project scope is to repair / replace sealant around windows, precast, and all expansion joints on Fletcher Residence Hall, a seven story brick masonry building on main campus, located between Garret Residence Hall and West End Dining. The modified bitumen roofing over the north hall will also need to be replaced (approximately 6,900 sf). Current project authority is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the university's option. In order to offer architectural or engineering services in response to this solicitation, the proposer must be licensed in the State of North Carolina. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
