The Engineering Department is accepting bids for the 2102 Crooked Creek Road Stream Enhancement Project. The project shall provide all materials, equipment, equipment operators, labor and laborers to regrade approximately 75 feet of stream bank adjacent to 2102 Crooked Creek Road at a minimum of a 2:1 slope and to stabilize stream banks with coir erosion control matting along banks and bare areas. The project also includes installation of a pre-formed scour hole and necessary tree and fence removal and replacement. The entire project area should be planted with a permanent riparian seed mix and live stakes along bank. The stream work will all be done from the West side of the bank accessing the area through a drainage easement between 2100 and 2102 Crooked Creek Road. The contract shall include the removal of spoil and all necessary erosion control measures. The contractor shall make his determination of equipment and labor forces to be used. No separate measurement or payment will be made for hauling and dump fees at demolition landfills.
