AHCB has been selected as the CMAR for the Satellite Concourse 1 Project at OHare International Airport. Bid Package 08, all construction inside the Airport Operations Area, includes the following: Trade Package 30: Satellite 1 Drywall, Framing and Carpentry: This trade package includes furnishing and installing metal framing, drywall, sheathing, backing, rough carpentry, temporary carpentry within the Satellite 1 Concourse. Trade Package 31: Satellite 1 Miscellaneous Metals: This trade package includes furnishing and installing a variety of metal fabrications within the Satellite 1 Concourse and Consolidated Tunnel. This includes items such as steel lintels, masonry wall supports, pipe guards, corner guards, bollards, ladders, and luggage rails. Trade Package 32: Satellite 1 - Ornamental Metals: This trade package includes the furnishing and installation of the interior decorative metals, interior handrails, column covers, and interior metal panels for Satellite 1. Trade Package 33: Satellite 1 Intumescent Fireproofing: This trade package includes furnishing and installing all intumescent fireproofing on structural steel members within the Satellite 1 Concourse. Trade Package 34: Satellite 1 Spray Fireproofing: This trade package includes furnishing and installing all spray-applied cementitious fireproofing on structural steel members within the Satellite 1 Concourse.
