2561-07030 - Drainage Engineering Services Various Various Section No.: 25-6VDES-01-DR (RSI) - 10000271705 The Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways(CCDoTH)seeks a various various professional services contract to provide drainage engineering services for a five-year term. The selected team of consulting firms will be asked to perform various drainage engineering tasks throughout the County on an as-needed basis via authorized work (task) orders. Types of tasks that may be requested from the selected team are provided below. Where applicable, work will be completed in accordance with IDOT guidelines as defined in the IDOT Bureau of Local Roads and Streets, Bureau of Design and Environment, and Drainage Manuals. Required services are anticipated to include drainage related reviews of Cook County Highway Permit submittals and project plans, reports, and studies prepared for the Department and by other agencies affecting County routes; drainage investigations; and regulatory/environmental permitting including reviews of permit applications to and/or obtaining permits from MWRD, USACE, IDOT, IDNR, IEPA, SWCDs, and others. This contract will have a base term of five (5) years with no renewal options. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Statement indicating the firm's commitment in meeting the Minority / Women's Business Enterprise (MWBE) participation goals, with a preference for meaningful engagement. Historically, 35% is the typical MWBE goal for Cook County's Engineering Service contracts.
