Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Durham, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 26,888-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; 9,145-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
The project includes two new single-story facilities: a 26,888 ,SF Utility Administration Building with a glulam structural system, CMU exterior walls, face brick, metal wall panels, full fire protection, and complete MEP systems; and a 9,150 SF steel-framed Warehouse Building with CMU exterior walls, face brick, metal wall panels, full fire protection, and complete MEP systems.
