Two separate bids required. Bids must be enclosed in an opaque sealed envelope and plainly marked with the name of the Project Title The Lead Hazard Reduction and Healthy Homes Intervention 259 Grove Street and shall contain the name and address of the Bidder on the envelope. Each Bid of $50,0000.00 or more shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and be accompanied by a Bid Security (a Certified Check or Bid Bond) in the amount of ten (10) percent of the Total Bid Price. The Bidder to whom a contract is offered, must furnish to the City, if that contract has a total cost greater than $50,000, a 100 percent Performance Bond with a surety company acceptable to the City and in a form acceptable to the City. In the City's sole discretion, it may also require a 100 percent Payment Bond and/or other additional security with a surety acceptable to the City and in a form acceptable to the City. After review of the factors set forth in the Instructions to Bidders, the City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to make an award, or to decline to make an award.
