Clarification Deadline 7/30/2025 2:00 PM All questions and communications about this request for Proposal and submission requirements must be directed to the City of Waterbury ProcureWare website Project- Complete Heat Pump Replacement, as required by the contract documents, included but not limited to the following: a. Ail general requirements; b. All required hoisting; c. All demolition and legal disposal; d. All required concrete patching; e. All required steel dunnage; f. All required wall patching; g. All required ceiling tile removal and replacement h. All required access panels; i. All required fireproof patching j. All HVAC; k. All required duct and terminal HVAC unit cleaning; l. All controls; m. All electrical; n. Proposer shall schedule the replacement of heat pump installation with the following priority: 6& Floor (floor shall be first scheduled completion), 4th Floor (floor shall be the second scheduled completion), 5th Floor, 2nd Floor, 1st Floor (floor shall be last scheduled completion); and o. Proposer shall take extra precautions when working around the 3!'d floor as this is an occupied space. 2. Removing and legally disposing of all packing materials, crating and other materials associated with equipment and material delivery and installation. 3. Repairing, cleaning, and turning over all impacted existing to remain areas to proper functioning condition. 4. Providing all warranty, close-out, commissioning, or maintenance of equipment as indicated in drawings and specifications. 5. Proposer must perform the Project without materially interfering with the tenant located on the third floor.
