Proposals are due August 04, 2025. All questions from the site visit, must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer no later than seven (7) working day after the site visit. A record of the site visit and answers to the questions submitted will be distributed to all contractors as an amendment to the solicitation. Contractors are cautioned that, notwithstanding any remarks or clarifications given at the site visit, all terms and conditions of the contract apply unless changed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) datacenters provide routine and mission-critical computer processing resources and support to numerous government agencies on a 24 hours-per-day, seven days-a-week basis. DISA's operational goal is to provide high availability to all supported programs and workloads at energy-efficient Tier III redundant datacenters. The existing raised floor panels and SRG are at end of life, have inadequate load capacity, and require replacing. The existing Computer Room Air Handler (CRAH) units are also at end of life, do not provide adequate room cooling, and require replacement. The Hawaii Data Center (HAW) requires the following upgrades. a. Computer Room 164: 1. Replace and upgrade the CRAHs. 2. Replace and upgrade the raised access floor. 3. Replace signal reference grid (SRG) for grounding 4. Add Aisle Containment components b. Hallway 167: Replace and upgrade raised access floor c. Room 180A: Replace and upgrade raised access floor 4. Objectives: This project will replace and upgrade the raised access floor in computer room 164, including SRG, replace and upgrade the existing CRAH units in computer room 164, add aisle containment to computer room 164, and replace the raised access floor in hallway 167 and room 180A. All new access floor panels shall be replaced with new concrete core or solid metal panels and the access flooring structure shall be upgraded with new stringers in a basket weave configuration. Lifting and lowering of existing racks shall be performed as part of this contract for the removal and installation of the raised access floor panels. 5. Scope. The work involved with this project is described in the Drawings, Specifications, and Appendices that are issued as part of the contract in support of a complete solution.
