This Request for Quote (RFQ) seeks quotes from small businesses for the installation of security cameras at Hangar 5 of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. The acquisition is a commercial set-aside for small businesses. Vendors are instructed to refer to the attached documents for detailed instructions and additional information. Questions and requests for extending the solicitation deadline must be submitted no later than close of business on Thursday, September 4, 2025. Final quote submissions are due by 1600 HST on Tuesday, September 9, 2025. Participation in this solicitation does not obligate the Government to award a contract, and any award is contingent upon the availability of funds. This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued in accordance with FAR subpart 13.1 procedures. The Government is requesting quotes for the refresh of CCTV system equipment in Hangar 5 of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, as defined in the attached Salient Characteristics Form. 692 ISRG/SO requires refresh of CCTV system equipment that is required for monitoring internal/external areas for security threats to personnel and property of highly sensitive facility. The equipment needs to be stationary, mountable, and ability to Pan - Tilt-Zoom (PTZ). The systems also need to be completely safe and passive, non - invasive method of detection, monitoring and verify threats to personnel and property. The contractor shall supply all specied CCTV system components, meeting or exceeding the quality standards outlined in the contract. These components shall be delivered to the designated location within the agreed upon timeframe. In addition, the contractor shall provide incidental installation services to ensure the proper functioning of the supplied CCTV system.
