Five Points WTP Mass Grading project, The work under this contract consists of mass grading the future Five Points WTP site by borrowing fill material from an adjacent property. A summary of the work items and requirements is listed below: 1. Install and maintain erosion control measures as required by the GAEPD land disturbance permit. 2. Clearing of the borrow site location. 3. Coordination with the Geotechnical Engineer to evaluate backfill material throughout the project. 4. Backfill and grade the future plant project site per the requirements set forth in the RFP. 5. Dress the borrow pit and project site as necessary to meet the GAEPD land disturbance permit. The work of constructing the project will be let under one Contract if an award should be made; and the Owner reserves the right to select the Bid considered by the Owner to be in the best interest of the Owner.
