General questions can be emailed to Stephanie Selman at stephanies@re-wa.org Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) is soliciting proposals for the procurement, installation, and ductwork fitment of two new HVAC units as well as the removal and disposal of four existing units for the Administration Building HVAC System Replacement Project. The purpose of this solicitation is for the complete replacement of the HVAC units in the ReWa Administration Building. To install two TRANE MFC-06LS equivalent units, remove the four existing units, reconfigure current ductwork to fit the new units, removal of free cooling coils and tie into the existing cooling tower water loop. Proposer to subcontract Harris Integrated solutions to tie the new HVAC systems into existing WebCTRL system.
