The site location is the Richardson Street Parking Garage located at 66 Richardson Street, Greenville, SC 29601. The proposed scope of work includes various tuckpointing repairs, sealant replacement, painting of multiple surfaces, rout and seal joints, cove seal replacement, installation of new compression joint, restriping, roof replacement, installation of new traffic coating, and other misc. work throughout the garage. The project will be administered and managed by the City of Greenville. The contractor chosentocomplete the work will be responsible for providing all materials and labor neededtocomplete the job. It is the contractors responsibility to visit the site and reviewall installation locations. It is also the contractors responsibility to ensure all material usedfor application and all equipment used for application meet City requirements andthat all traffic control measures during construction follow the most current Cityof Greenville requirements.
