The purpose of this solicitation is for the complete replacement of the HVAC units in the ReWa Administration Building. To install two TRANE MFC-06LS equivalent units, remove the four existing units, reconfigure current ductwork to fit the new units, removal of free cooling coils and tie into the existing cooling tower water loop. Proposer to subcontract Harris Integrated solutions to tie the new HVAC systems into existing WebCTRL system.
