Renovation of a municipal facility in West Boylston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work will follow all regulations set forth by OSHA, DEP, EPA, ASTM, and the Massachusetts Dept. of Labor and Workforce Development. The contractor shall obtain, at his own expense all permits required by governing authorities. All tradesmen working on site must pass CORI checks. The contractor must be DCAMM certified. Any prospective bidder requesting a change in or interpretation of existing specifications or terms and conditions must do so within 10 (ten) days (Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excluded) before scheduled bid opening date. All requests are to be in writing to Tracy Sullivan, Assistant Director of Budget and Purchasing, and will be covered or any interpretation issued unless request is in our hands within 10 (ten) days(Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays excluded) BEFORE scheduled bid opening date.
