The Cronomer Valley Fire District No. 1 is requesting bids for the construction of the Cronomer Valley Fire District Truck Storage Building to be located at their fire house complex on 296 North Plank Road, Newburgh, NY. The "Truck Storage Building: is a 45 foot by 80 foot pre-engineered metal building (PMB). The project includes sitework. The project will have five (5) contracts. The "C" Construction contract will include the site/civil work, architectural work, and the structural work, including the PMB; the "H" Heating and Ventilation work; the "P" Plumbing work; the "FP" Fire Protection work; and the "E" Electrical work.
