2025 CTC Local Road Resurfacing Berkeley County is requesting bids from qualified construction firms to provide roads resurfacing for 22.11 miles of multiple road locations throughout Berkeley County. Bonds: Bids in excess of $100,000.00 will require a 5% Bid Bond. Liquidated Damages: The undersigned further agrees that from the compensation to be paid the County may retain as liquidated damages the sum of Eight Hundred and 00/100, ($800.00) Dollars for each calendar say the actual Contract Time for completion exceeds the specified or adjusted Contract Time for completion as provided in the Contract Documents The County reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities, to reject any or all Bids received as a result of this request, or to cancel in part or in its entirety this Proposal, if it is in the best interest of the County to do so.
