The Housing Department of the Seminole Tribe of Florida is requesting bids from qualified contractors to provide fence installation services needed at Big Cypress Reservation. PROJECT DETAILS CONTRACTOR shall perform the services detailed below to complete this SOW. 1.1. FENCE INSTALLATION: o Remove and properly dispose of existing fencing along the designated road frontage. o Furnish and install new fencing, 6 feet in heigh, meeting the following specifications: o Dimensions: o Material: Chain link o Color: Black o Install gate return [CONTRACTOR to determine quantity and specifications]. o Install [automatic/manual][pedestrian/vehicle] gate at the location identified on Attachment E - Survey Site Plan. o Set fence lines, gates, corners, and terminal posts in concrete, meeting all applicable codes. o CONTRACTOR to coordinate with utility providers to locate underground utilities prior to any excavation at the project site(s). o Supply and install all required hardware to ensure proper operation and completion of gate assemblies per industry standards. o Maintain a clean and organized jobsite with daily cleanup activates.
