Reference Number 0000299457 Question Acceptance Deadline Sep 03, 2025 02:00 PM EDT online question deadline The purpose of this Invitation to Tender is to enable BGIS (the Owner) to obtain offers from qualified construction professionals for the installation of balancing valves on the various mixed water networks of the building to improve the distribution of water in the building. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com Award is subject to final Approval BGIS will contact all registered bidders and confirm the time of the site visit in the event of multiple visits. Bidders will be notified, via an addendum, of any change in the site visit date. All site visit participants must bring their own personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes or boots. Persons without appropriate PPE will not be permitted access to the site.
