Reference number: 20084088 Infra RAIL inc. ("Infra RAIL"), a subsidiary of CDPQ Infra inc., owns the majority of the assets comprising an immovable, commonly known as the "Viaduc du Sud," which extends from St-Antoine Street to Bridge Street in Montreal. The Southern Viaduct includes buildings connected by about ten overpasses over public roads (collectively, the "Bridge-Building") and the railway bridge spanning the Lachine Canal on which are installed heavy train rail infrastructure also belonging to Infra RAIL. Heavy passenger trains operated by VIA Rail, Exo and Amtrak run on the Viaduc du Sud for the performance of their respective services. Rail traffic control on the South Viaduct, which has a 1.6 km railway right-of-way, is provided by the Canadian National Railway Company.
