GILBERT KAHELE RECREATION AREA ADMINISTRATION (HQ) BUILDING REPAINTING, Pohakuloa, Hamakua, Hawaii This project generally consists of abatement and removal of all loose and flaky paint on exterior of building from eaves to finish grade inclusive of air monitoring. Prep, furnish and apply paint primer to all exterior surfaces of building from eaves to finish grade, inclusive of but not limited to rafters, walls, sills, trims, posts, deck, conduits, electrical apparatus, piping, exposed concrete and related appurtenances. Finish coat by other. To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawai'i, Specialty Contractor's "C-33" License. See Special Notice to Bidders for additional licensing requirements. The Director of Public Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. No Bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before the award of the contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) consecutive calendar days. Question Deadline 08/12/2025 The original executed and notarized Standard Qualification Questionnaire for Offerors form SQQO must be received by the Administration Office, Department of Public Works, no less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the 2:00 p.m. bid opening so it may be evaluated and approved by the County of Hawaii, Department of Public Works prior to bid opening
