New Smyrna Beach Utilities is seeking a quote from a licensed and insured contractor to renovate the breakroom, restrooms, and control room at the Water Treatment Plant. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, supervision and permits. The contractor's bid shall be based on actual field measurements. All work will follow applicable building codes, regulations and ADA Compliance. The Commission has made every effort to provide prospective vendors with the information needed to appropriately respond to this solicitation. Remove and replace breakroom, restroom and control room 4'x 2' grid ceilings with new 2' x 2' grid ceilings. 2. Install new LED light fixtures. 3. Install new HVAC diffusers, returns and exhaust fans. 4. Remove and replace urinal, toilets, lavatories, partitions, mirrors, soap dispensers and toilet paper dispensers. 5. Replace all water shut off valves with quarter turn stop valves. 6. Move water heater from storage room to the pipe gallery room. 7. Replace GFCI outlets. 8. Steam clean tile and grout floors and shower tiles using a commercial grade steam cleaner. 9. Replace shower head and faucet in men's locker room. 10. Prep patch and paint all walls in the breakroom and restrooms. 11.
