Reference Number 0000392403 The Village of Port Chester, New York ("the Village"), is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms ("Consultant") to assist the Board of Trustees, the Department of Planning and Economic Development, Village management, and the community in the update of its Comprehensive Plan. The Village seeks a partner to provide technical expertise, facilitate robust community engagement, and guide the Village through a collaborative and visionary planning process. Question Deadline 08/08/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly marked: "Consulting Services for Comprehensive Plan Update - RFP Number: 2025-06" Proposals shall be typed and signed by proposer's authorized representative. One (1) hard copy original and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal shall be provided. For electronic submissions, all documentation should be housed within a new, unused USB/ "thumb drive" clean and free from other data, virus, or malware. E-mail is not an acceptable format or method of transference No proposer may withdraw his/her proposal within forty-five (45) days after the closing date/time for receipt of the proposal. If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP, or if additional data or information is necessary to clarify any of its provisions, a written addendum will be issued. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any irregularities in the proposals received, select any proposal as the basis for negotiations and to make an award to the most qualified proposal that is in the best interest of the Village of Port Chester.
