Reference Number 0000298125 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/07/23 01:00:00 AM EDT Work of the Contract comprises the Project, for the Septic Field System Upgrade, Walter Whyte School, Lord Selkirk School Division. Project Work includes provision of all required labour & materials for a fully operational heating system. Work includes but is not limited to the following: To design the Septic Field System Upgrade for the school including the following work: .1 Collapse and fill the existing five (5) septic tanks. .2 Existing septic pump to be removed. .3 Existing line to the septic field to be collapsed at the school connection and abandoned. .4 Provide one (1) new 4500 gal septic tank with baffle plates and a pump shelf. .5 Provide one (1) new septic pumps. .6 Connection from new septic tanks to existing septic line to field. .7 Excavation required to facilitate connection to septic line and installation of new septic tanks. .8 Landscaping of the areas above the existing septic tanks and lines. .9 Landscaping of the areas around the new septic tanks and lines to restore field and walkway. .10 Reinstallation of septic tank high water alarm switch to building alarm system. .2 Provide the required bonds and liability insurance to ensure such specified assurances to the Owner. .3 Coordination with equipment supplier(s) to schedule delivery, unloading and safe storage of equipment. .4 Layout of the work for construction of complete system and associated works as noted in drawings and specifications. .5 Protect existing foundations, superstructure, interior finishes, plant and equipment during construction. .6 Clean-up of project and site upon completion. 7 Repair all defects identified during the first year after completion of Work. .2 Division of the Work among subcontractors, suppliers or vendors is solely the Contractor's responsibility.
