PROJECT: ANF FY 25 Road Improvements Angeles National Forest, CA Important Notes: Refer to complete continuation pages for bid schedule, scope, specifications, exhibits, and all other information and terms. Section B.2, page 6, provides notes on the bid schedule and bid submission. Section L, Paragraph L.2, page 36, has information regarding documents to submit with your proposal. All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via to Tanya.Torresusda.gov, on the attached RFI form, no later than 6 August 2025, 1100 AM hours PDT. A FS organized pre-proposal will not be held. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute Scope of Work The purpose of this contract is to provide road and drainage maintenance for various roads on the Angeles National Forest that have been heavily impacted by fires and precipitation/erosion over the last 3-5 years. The final product will provide needed road maintenance and drainage replacements to roads shown on the attached maps. This contract work will include work on various roads with an emphasis on recreation use roads. Location The project is on the Angeles National Forest within the Los Angeles Gateway Ranger Districts. The terrain can be relatively flat in a few areas and moderately hilly and steep in others. Soil conditions vary as well, from soft and sandy to compacted and extremely rocky. A general Vicinity Map is included with this . Angeles National Forest maps are also available to assist in locating the individual roads and can be purchased at the Supervisors Office. The office is open between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The contractor shall complete the work within 120 calendar days from the issuance of the 'Notice to Proceed,' as specified by the Contracting Officer.
