Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Dodge City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
KLBIP Northbound 14th Ave Bridge Replacement - The purpose of this project is to replace the existing northbound 14th Ave. bridge across the Arkansas River in DodgeCity, Kansas. All work shall be completed in accordance with specifications included in the plans and these Special Provisions. The low bidder will be determined by the amount bid based on the quantities shown on the Proposal form. Should the low bid come in above the funds available, and if the unit prices appear reasonable, the City reserves the right to enter a contract with the low bidder. The City also reserves the right to reject all bids if they come in higher than the available budget. Answers will be placed on the web site by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 31st, 2025. The early start date for this project will be April 6th, 2026 and the project must be completed by July 16th, 2027.
