This is an advance notification to inform firms of an upcoming RFP for Facility Condition Assessment Consultant Services. Valley Water intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to retain the services of an experienced and qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of Valley Water-owned and operated facilities. The assessment will support Valley Water's capital improvement and preventive maintenance planning by evaluating the physical condition of buildings and infrastructure and identifying immediate, mid-, and long-term maintenance and repair needs. The selected experienced and qualified Facility Condition Assessment firm(s) will be tasked to provide architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and site infrastructure assessments; asset inventory verification; lifecycle cost analysis; and development of a 20-year capital improvement and preventive maintenance plan.
