Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Texas City, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Written Questions Regarding the Content of This Rfp Are Due No Later Than 10:00 Am on September 12, 2025 . All Questions Will Be Answered in the Form of an Addendum. The City of Texas City, is Requesting Sealed Proposals From Qualified Firms for a Construction Manager at Risk ( Cmar and Construction Services for the Municipal Complex. It Shall Be Each Bidder S Sole Responsibility to Inspect the Site of the Work and to Inform Himself Regarding All Local Conditions Under Which the Work is to Be Done. It Shall Be Understood and Agreed That All Factors Have Been Thoroughly Investigated and Considered in the Preparation of the Submitted Proposal The City of Texas Reserves the Right to Waive Any Minor Informality or Irregularity, Reject Any or All Proposals, and Accept the Proposal(S), Which, in Its Opinion, is Most Advantageous to the City. The City of Texas City Encourages All Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/wbe) and Dbe Programs to Participate in the Solicitation Process.
