Description

Site work, paving, outdoor lighting and new construction of a mixed-use development in Texas City, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for outdoor lighting for a municipal facility; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Texas City (CoTC) is soliciting proposals for RFP 2025-492 Municipal Complex Construction Manager at Risk and Construction Services from qualified respondents to provide for the construction of the new 55,400 sq ft Municipal Complex, to include, a new City Hall, stand alone Emergency Operations Building and Dispatch Building with related site work. The City of Texas City is planning on constructing a new 55,400 SF Municipal Complex that will include a two story City Hall building and a stand alone singlestory Emergency Operations Center and Dispatch building at 1801 9th Avenue North in Texas City, Texas. Site work consists of surface parking, secure fencing, site lighting and landscape areas. The Contractor will provide Preconstruction Services and Construction Services for the Project, as those terms are defined in this RFP. The Contractor will perform the Construction Services under a Guaranteed Maximum Price serving as the Construction Manager at Risk.
