Description

Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Gibsons, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

The Regional District is seeking proposals from qualified Contractor's to remove and replace two Heat Recovery Ventilators (HRV's) at the Gibsons and Area Community Centre (GACC). The new HRV units should be like for like replacement of existing HRV's and should fit existing roof curbs. The work includes but is not limited to removal and disposal of existing units, installation of new units including possible curb modification, electrical, plumbing and controls.
