A highly qualified CMaR must be experienced and include staff with the necessary qualifications and experience to successfully manage all phases of construction. c) Milwaukee County has selected The Concord Group to function as the Owners' Representative for the Project. The Construction Manager will be expected to interact with The Concord Group on all matters that Milwaukee County requests. d) Milwaukee County has selected Strand Associates to provide Design Services for the Project.
