Renovation of a water / sewer project in Livingston, Tennessee. Working plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Town of Livingston will be receiving bids for REMOVAL OF EXISTING ROOF MATERIAL AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW ROOF at the City Water Treatment Plant Pump Building, located at City Lake Ln. Livingston, TN 38570. Bid should include labor and material to the complete below tasks: o The removal and disposal of all layers of existing roofing material. o Perimeter copper flashing is to be handed over to the city for recycling. o Replace all roof perimeter wood with #2 2x6 pressure treated lumber. o 1/4 " X 3 1/4 " Tapcons on 16" center shall be used for anchoring perimeter wood. o Installation of new 80 mil rubber roof over concrete roof slab. o Including: o Corner wraps at roof center access cover. o Perimeter water-block or Flexseal caulk grade sealant o Perimeter termination bar o Install 24" wide 5/4 pressure-treated deck board pathway around roof center access cover
