The Town of Livingston is Seeking Lump Sum Bids From Qualified Professional Landscape/turf Maintenance Contractors to Provide The Equipment, Labor, and Material Necessary to Conduct Annual Landscape and Turf Maintenance Services Within the Courthouse Squarearea, Central Park, and the Public Parking Area on West Main Street. The Contract Will Extend for 3 Years, Beginning October 1, 2025, And Ending October 1, 2028. Services to be provided include: o Annual turf maintenance within the Courthouse Square includes fertilization, weed control, and the application of pre-emergent herbicide. o Annual tree and shrub maintenance around the Courthouse Square and Public Parking area, including fertilization, weed control, the application of pre-emergent herbicide and insecticide, and mulching. o Annual irrigation maintenance at Central Park and Bishop's Corner, including start-up, winter shutdown, and repairs. o Annual turf maintenance at Central Park, including fertilization, weed control, and the application of pre-emergent herbicide. o All bidders must show evidence of a current Horticulture Lawn and Turf Charter with the Tennessee Department of Agriculture. Additionally, all bidders must be bonded and provide proof of active liability insurance coverage of $500,000 or more.
