**As of August 20, 2025 the project will not move forward as the bids were too high. The undersigned hereby agrees that if the said City shall accept this foregoing proposal he/she will complete the entire work of this contract by Tuesday, September 30th, 2025. 1 Subgrade Undercut, Type II, CIP 76 CYD 2 Pavm't, Conc 6" 1,760 SFT 3 Pavement Markings 1 LSUM 4 Handicap Stall Signs 1 LSUM The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities in proposals and to accept the proposal, which in the opinion of the City Council is most advantageous to the City. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of bids for a period of thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of receiving bids.
