construction of the following project: Suncrest Elementary School - Chiller Replacement Bidder may offer other items or materials equal in quality and have the same durability and efficiency as those specified if the Bidder first receives written approval from the Engineer prior to the Bid Date in compliance with the requirements of these specifications.The Bidder shall identify any such substitutions by name, kind and/or type with the Bid. The Project is Tax Exempt. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to waive any informalities or errors in Bidding. Bid Opening is public. Base, and Alternate Bid if applicable, may be held for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days before awarding Contract.
