The project includes the following work: Base Bid: The project consists of the drilling and development of a new production well for the Spirit Bend Water Association with a target depth of 668 feet. All work shall be done in accordance with the contract documents. Add Alternate No. 1: Consists of 8-inch production well by means of Dual Rotary. Work will include a 12-inch surface seal and setting a temporary test pump for test pumping the well. Work shall also consist of the collection and delivery of water samples to the owner for analysis. Add Alternate No. 2: Consists of 10-inch production well by means of Air Rotary or Dual Rotary. Work will include a 14-inch surface seal and setting a temporary test pump for test pumping the well. Work shall also consist of the collection and delivery of water samples to the owner for analysis. A Public Works Contractor License for the State of Idaho is required to be AWARDED this work. All bids shall contain one of the following forms of Bidder's security in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Base Bid and all add alternates, made payable to OWNER: a) Bidder's Bond executed by a surety company qualified to conduct business in the State of Idaho, b) Certified Check, c) Cashier's Check, or d) Cash.
