Clark Center for Kentucky History The initial term of the Contract is anticipated to be from August 25, 2025 through June 30, 2026. The Commonwealth reserves the right to renew this contract for up to one (1) additional one (1) year period. Written Questions due by: TIME 07/24/2025 Anticipated Commonwealth Response to Written Questions 08/05/2025 The Commonwealth reserves the right at its discretion to reject any and all offers. The Commonwealth also reserves the right at its discretion to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received.
