Scope includes the new construction of a 55,000 sq. ft. classroom, office, gym, and fine arts building (Innovation Hall) at 6041 Landis Rd, Oxford, NC. As of November 21, 2025, this project is in design development. A design team has been chosen. A general contractor has been selected; however, a contract will not be finalized until the completion of the design expected in January 2026. Construction could begin as early as April 2026 and no later than June 2026.
