**As of August 26, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on September 2nd, 2025.** Site Directions: Northwest corner of Central Park in downtown Grinnell. The City of Grinnell is installing a new public plaza with a large stainless steel Veterans monument sculpture in the northwest corner of Central Park in downtown Grinnell, Iowa. The monument sculpture itself will be installed by the City under a separate contract in coordination with this project. This project does include the construction of the monument foundation as well as theatrical lighting for the monument. The extent of the work involved is as follows: Installation of storm sewer improvements, concrete pavement, earthwork, brick pavement, concrete foundation for large sculptural feature, feature and site lighting (including power supply and controls), and other work indicated in the plans and specifications.
