Renovation of an educational facility in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to complete work for the replacement of fresh air dampers, fan motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's), and the upgrade of controls at the at the St. Clair College Centre for the Arts (SCCCA) building located at 201 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, Ontario N9A 5K4. The term of the Agreement shall reflect the construction activities scheduled from approximately August 11, 2025, through February 28, 2026. The Preferred Proponent shall guarantee all work, equipment and materials for one (1) year from substantial completion of the Agreement. Bid Bond shall be in the sum of 10% of the Bid Price. Agreement to Bond shall state the Surety providing the Bid Bond is willing to supply a Performance Bond of 50% of Contract Price, Excluding HST and a Labour and Material Payment Bond of 50% of the Contract Price, Excluding HST.
