The scope includes curbs and sidewalks at the intersection, sidewalk segments at intersection approaches, and bike lanes along Valley Ave E through the intersection. Major features include: Reconfiguring the roadway for multimodal use ADA and pedestrian improvements Stormwater improvements Sanitary sewer manhole adjustments Water valve adjustments Lighting improvements Power and communication infrastructure relocation Environmental documentation and preparation of permit applications Utility coordination Determination of ROW needs, planning, and acquisitions Upon Review of the Submittals, Selected Firms Will Be Invited for Interviews in November 2025.
